It's November, gratitude is in the air and I want to say thank you to all of you who honored me with your presence at my Calyco Healing Training last week! It was such a great cohesive group, with participants from all over the country including Alaska, and even as far away as England! I truly appreciate the interest, openness, and positive energy you brought!
That was my 4th Calyco seminar since I wrote the manual last year, and to all of you who have attended Level One and have been awaiting Level 2-YES, I finally have a date! The first Calyco Healing Level 2 will be: Fri / Sat March 2nd, 3rd 2007 at Red Mtn. Spa Make your plans now to attend!
FYI: I will be taking 3 weeks off next month. From Dec. 11th--Jan. 2nd. I know sometimes the holidays can be stressful, so if you're thinking Dec. would be a great time to book a private Energy Clearing Session (via phone or in person), you are right, but please book ahead so I will be able to accommodate you, as I don't have very many appointments still open between now and then.
Many of you have taken advantage of my new automatic Online Appointment Scheduler. I love it! It makes it much easier for both you and I to set up a time to meet. To check it out go to:

Although we need an attitude of gratitude as a constant in our lives, I love the month of November, as it reminds us to be aware of all the blessings we have.
Here's a great quote from Sarah Ban Breathnach: "You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life. And you will have set in motion an ancient spiritual law: the more you have and are grateful for, the more will be given you."
I know many of you already use a Gratitude Journal, but if you haven't started yet, do it now! Gratitude is a very potent energy, and there is power in the written word, so get yourself a simple notebook or a fancy journal, or even a chalkboard, it doesn't matter. Just write down at least one thing each day that you are grateful for. As the quote above states, "you will not be the same person two months from now" if you focus on what is good in your life. Take the "gratitude journal challenge" for two months and after that time let me know what doors open for you by being thankful for the simple things in life!

Do you need something quick, easy and nutritious for breakfast? Who doesn't! I found something that fits all those categories! I enjoy a fantastic meal replacement drink nearly every morning! It is the Attain Drink from the Meleleuca Company. I mix mine with skim milk in the blender--tastes just like a chocolate shake and fills me up until lunch! (now that's hard to do!) My kids also love it, and it's especially handy if they are running late for school!
Honestly, I'm not a network marketing-type gal, (I have too many other irons in the fire), but I highly recommend Meleleuca Wellness Products because I seriously love them! They also have an amazing line of cleaning products that are ALL natural---but I will tell you about those next month! Or better yet, contact my friend Hilda who has been with Meleleuca for 18 years! Go to www.lovinbeinhome.com and click on "get more info" fill in the blanks and she will get back to you. Or call her directly at 435-313-4444.
You may have heard the amazing story about the father who has pushed his disabled son, Rick, 26.2 miles in 85 Marathons. Eight times he's not only pushed him 26.2 miles in a wheelchair but also towed him 2.4 miles in a dinghy while swimming and pedaled him 112 miles in a seat on the handlebars--all in the same day.

Even better, gather the family around on Thanksgiving and watch it togetherand grab the Kleenex!
'The Pilgrims made seven times more graves than huts. No Americans have been more impoverished than these who, nevertheless, set aside a day of thanksgiving.'
Happy Thanksgiving to You!
