Happy summer!

My daughter River and her cousins had a memorable day playing in the Mud Bowl as part of the 4th of July festivities. Doesn't this look like fun? I was tempted to jump in also, but I restrained myself!

Group Energy Healing Phone Sessions

If you haven’t joined us on a Group Healing Call, I encourage you to give it a try! The feedback has been great! It makes me very happy to know that from these calls you are getting a lot of personal clearing, new insights and “aha’s”!

Here is the summer schedule for the Group Phone Sessions:

DAYTIME ~ July 21st - Monday - 11:30 am – Healthy Body
EVENING ~ August 7th - Thursday – 6:00 pm - Relationships
DAYTIME ~ August 25th - Monday - 11:30 am - Finances

I offer 6 different TOPICS, rotated so that every 3 months we begin again. Each call is different depending on who is calling in and what their specific issues are regarding that topic. You can join every call, or just jump in here and there for a single topic that interests you. I offer some in the evening and some in the daytime, to accommodate everyone’s schedule, so make sure to double check the time when registering.

OR~ If you have taken the Level 1 course previously, you can come on Mon/Tues for a refresher course, then take Level 2 on Wed/Thurs.

OR~ If you have taken the Level 1 course previously, you may choose to attend only on Wed/Thurs. to complete your Level 2 training.

OR~ If you are a graduate of both Level 1 and Level 2, we would love to have you attend any or all of the days for a refresher course. You’ll learn something new each time you attend!

Featured Article: Releasing Meditation

This is #2 of a 3-part summer series:
Recognizing, Releasing, Re-weaving

Last month I wrote about the monkeys being easy to capture by sticking their hands in a bottle to grab nuts, not being willing to let go of the nuts, and therefore not being able to get away (newsletter archives). Most of us carry things that are not serving our higher good. For you it may be fear, perhaps of other people's judgment--or some other fear; it may be a toxic relationship; a job that is not working out; a bad habit; maybe victim energy or martyr energy; or it could be something entirely different.

Whatever it is, the following is a meditation that will help let go of that extra negative baggage:

- Get in a comfortable position.
- Close your eyes.
- Take three deep, cleansing breaths.
- Keep the deep breathing going while you mentally scan all the different areas of your life.
- Observe if/where any uncomfortable feelings arise.
- Pause in that place (in your mind) and ask yourself, “Is this a handful of nuts that I can let go of and have peace of mind about this situation?”
- Picture your life without this negativity in it. Hold that picture in your mind's eye.
- Visualize those gray, cloudy, negative emotions loosening on every inhale and leaving your body and your energy field on every exhale.
- During this process remind yourself that it is always ‘safe’ to let go of negative thoughts and emotions by saying, “It is safe for me to let this go.” Tell yourself, “I am worthy and deserving to have a life without these shadows in it.” "I am worthy and deserving of this positive picture I am holding in my mind."
- Visualize clean, white light coming in to take the place of where those gray clouds had been.
- Be open to receiving it.
- It is ok if some emotion comes up during this process, but letting go doesn’t have to be painful. Remember, your Spirit already knows all the details of the situation, and you have most likely already experienced many painful emotions along with that, so you don’t need to revisit them all again.
- Simply let it go….don’t make it harder than that.
- Release your grasp

There may be more than one area in your life that you need to do this work for. If so, repeat the process as often as needed. You may want to do this as a morning or evening meditation on a regular basis.

You are letting go, and by doing that it not only changes how you see the situation, but you have literally raised the vibration of it.
Now that you’ve removed the tethers, this opens you up to move forward with the positive intentions of what you really want in life.
